High blood pressure

High blood pressure or hypertension is usually asymptomatic but can cause serious damage in the body, increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney failure and other problems. 
Healthy blood pressure 120/80 mmHg, the first number (systolic pressure) the pressure inside arteries when the heart contracts, the second (diastolic pressure) measures the pressure when the heart is relaxed.
